Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Bluecloudstays offers independent corporate hospitality consulting, quality standard auditing, physical property evaluations, front-of-house service diagnostics, and facility management training for the regional accommodation and guest-house sector. All services are delivered as described in the applicable service agreement or statement of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their property and operations, grant reasonable access for evaluations and audits, and implement recommended improvements at their own discretion. Bluecloudstays is not responsible for any losses arising from a client's failure to act on audit findings or training recommendations.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluecloudstays' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Bluecloudstays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or interruption of operations.

4. Intellectual Property

All audit methodologies, training materials, checklists, reports, and other deliverables created by Bluecloudstays remain the intellectual property of Bluecloudstays unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Bluecloudstays reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client that violates these terms or engages in conduct that could harm the reputation or operations of Bluecloudstays.

6. Changes to Terms

Bluecloudstays may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bluecloudstays operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
